Architectural Concept

The project is a modern minimalist residence designed linearly along a mountain ridge. The goal of the design is strong integration with the natural terrain, allowing the structure to follow the ridge profile and blend into the landscape rather than dominate it.

The house sits on a naturally flat section of the ridge, which allows the main living spaces and outdoor areas to exist on the same continuous level. The architecture should emphasize long horizontal lines, large glass surfaces, and a strong connection to the surrounding views.

Ground Level | Social Core

The heart of the home is a central core that contains the kitchen and living room, designed as an open social space.

From this central area, the house extends in two directions:

• On one side, a panoramic lookout platform oriented toward the distant views.
• On the opposite side, an outdoor pool terrace designed for relaxation and entertainment.

This level also includes:

• One bedroom
• One office / studio space

All of these spaces exist on one continuous flat level, allowing movement from the lookout side to the pool area without stairs.

Lower Level | Secluded Retreat

A lower level is partially carved into the mountain slope beneath the main level. This semi-subterranean design provides privacy and natural thermal insulation.

This level includes:

• Two additional bedrooms
• A media lounge

The architecture should appear embedded into the hillside rather than fully exposed.

Outdoor Living

All outdoor amenities are located on the same flat ridge level as the main living core.

These include:

• A pool with an integrated hot tub
• A BBQ and outdoor dining area
• Open terrace spaces connected directly to the living room

The design should allow a person to walk seamlessly from the lookout platform, through the living space, and across to the pool and BBQ area without any steps or level changes.
